- 2 cups bisquick baking mix (8 oz)
- 2/3 cup whole milk

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced carrot and celery to the pot, sauté until they soften, about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and the condensed cream of chicken soup. Stir well to combine.
- Season the mixture with onion powder and garlic powder, then bring it to a simmer.
- Once simmering, add the shredded chicken and warm through for about 5 minutes.
- While the chicken is heating, combine the bisquick baking mix and milk in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the simmering broth, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
- Cover the pot and let the dumplings cook for 15-20 minutes until fluffy and cooked through.
