Description

A tasty and easy dish that makes a great meal for any day, featuring turkey breast filled with a delicious stuffing of fresh herbs and vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 boneless turkey breast
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and rosemary)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the chopped celery and onion in a bit of olive oil until softened.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, fresh herbs, and chicken broth. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lay the turkey breast flat, place the stuffing mixture in the center, and roll tightly.
  5. Place the stuffed turkey breast seam-side down in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with additional salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 1-1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for better flavor. Ensure to roll the turkey breast tightly to prevent stuffing from falling out while baking. Check internal temperature for doneness and let rest for juiciness.
