- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion

- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped celery and onion in a bit of olive oil until softened.
- In a bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, fresh herbs, and chicken broth. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Lay the turkey breast flat, place the stuffing mixture in the center, and roll tightly.
- Place the stuffed turkey breast seam-side down in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with additional salt and pepper.
- Bake for 1-1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
