- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the egg and broth. Mix thoroughly.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg with the chicken broth, then pour into the meat mixture. Season with salt and pepper; mix until evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
These balls can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
