Deliciously fluffy rolls filled with sweet cream cheese and topped with cinnamon sugar, perfect for brunch or a sweet treat.

- 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon until well blended.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough.
- Mix the remaining sugar with cinnamon in another bowl.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the cream cheese spread.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and cut into slices.
- Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix the powdered sugar with milk to make a glaze and drizzle over the warm rolls before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with coffee or tea; store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
