Description

Deliciously fluffy rolls filled with sweet cream cheese and topped with cinnamon sugar, perfect for brunch or a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon until well blended.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough.
  5. Mix the remaining sugar with cinnamon in another bowl.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the cream cheese spread.
  7. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and cut into slices.
  8. Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet.
  9. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Mix the powdered sugar with milk to make a glaze and drizzle over the warm rolls before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with coffee or tea; store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
