Ingredients

- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a crock pot, combine whole milk, heavy cream, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is creamy.
- Serve warm in mugs and enjoy!
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute whole milk and heavy cream with almond or oat milk. Top with whipped cream or chocolate syrup for an extra treat.
