Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Onion, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and minced garlic, then shape into patties and fry in a hot skillet until browned.
  3. In the same pan, add butter and flour to create a roux, then whisk in beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to make gravy.
  4. Fry eggs sunny side up or to your preference.
  5. Assemble by layering rice, beef patty, gravy, and fried egg on a plate.

Notes
