Ingredients

- 2 cups Rice
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Onion, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and minced garlic, then shape into patties and fry in a hot skillet until browned.
- In the same pan, add butter and flour to create a roux, then whisk in beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to make gravy.
- Fry eggs sunny side up or to your preference.
- Assemble by layering rice, beef patty, gravy, and fried egg on a plate.
Notes
Consider using jasmine rice for added fragrance, or substitute beef with turkey or plant-based options. Add sautéed mushrooms or avocado for extra flavor.
