Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Then, cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the salmon pieces with sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they are fully cooked and flake easily with a fork.
- Prepare the coconut cream sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat, combining coconut milk and lime juice. Season with salt and warm gently without boiling.
