- 1 pound salmon, skinless and boneless
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced (for sauce)
Instructions
- Combine salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, sweet chili sauce, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the salmon balls in the heated oil until golden brown, approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
- Mix sour cream, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth for the sauce.
- Serve the salmon balls with the creamy garlic sauce on the side.
Notes
Use whole wheat breadcrumbs for a healthier version or substitute the salmon with canned salmon for convenience. For added flavor, mix in fresh herbs such as dill or parsley.
