- 1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated or minced
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- Optional Garnishes: Sesame Seeds, Chopped Green Onions, Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with vegetable oil.
- Add soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sweet chili sauce. Mix thoroughly.
- For baking, place wings on a lined baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway. For frying, heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C) and fry until golden brown.
- Once cooked, toss wings in the remaining sweet chili sauce mixture.
- Plate the wings and garnish with optional sesame seeds, chopped green onions, and red pepper flakes as desired.
Notes
Pat the wings dry for the best crispiness. Adjust the sweet chili sauce amount based on your taste preference. You can also double the recipe for larger gatherings.
