Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round cake pan.
- Beat the eggs and sugar together until pale and fluffy in a mixing bowl.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
