Delightful baked donuts infused with the flavors of chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk (or milk with lemon juice)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  6. Spoon the batter into the greased donut pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes. The donuts are done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the donuts cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients. You can substitute buttermilk with regular milk mixed with vinegar or lemon juice.
