Instructions
- Begin by chopping the parsley and cilantro finely.
- Mince the garlic and finely chop the red onion.
- In a bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add the red wine vinegar and olive oil to the mixture. Whisk until well combined.
