Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, adjustable
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by chopping the parsley and cilantro finely.
  2. Mince the garlic and finely chop the red onion.
  3. In a bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the red wine vinegar and olive oil to the mixture. Whisk until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Allow the sauce to sit for 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
