Ingredients

  • Crusty bread
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice fresh strawberries and toss them with honey or maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
  3. Add balsamic vinegar if desired.
  4. Spread strawberries on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until soft and jammy.
  5. While strawberries roast, whip ricotta cheese until creamy and airy.
