- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup cheese crackers
- 2 cups Chex cereal
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (~2 tablespoons)
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in the ranch seasoning mix until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pretzels, peanuts, cheese crackers, and Chex cereal and toss gently.
- Pour the melted butter and ranch mixture over the dry mix and stir until every piece is coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden and toasted.
- Remove from oven and cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
