- Additional crushed peppermint (for garnish)
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth and free of lumps (3–5 minutes).
- Add powdered sugar and peppermint extract, mixing until smooth (2 minutes).
- Whip heavy cream in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form (3–4 minutes).
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until homogenous (2–3 minutes).
- Stir in crushed peppermint candies (1–2 minutes).
- Fill the graham cracker crust with the peppermint filling and smooth the surface (1–2 minutes).
- Chill the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Top with whipped cream and additional crushed peppermint before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps. Chill your mixing bowl before whipping heavy cream for quicker results. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
