Description

A warm and comforting soup that combines frozen potstickers with a flavorful broth and fresh vegetables, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen potstickers
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame oil for drizzling
  • Optional: cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a little sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the frozen potstickers to the pot and cook according to package instructions, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chopped bok choy and sliced mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and cilantro if you like.

Notes

Use frozen potstickers for convenience. You can add various vegetables for freshness.
