- 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Soy sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame oil for drizzling
- Optional: cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a little sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the frozen potstickers to the pot and cook according to package instructions, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped bok choy and sliced mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and cilantro if you like.
