Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for coating

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft, then mash them with butter, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir in the cheese and egg until well combined.
  3. Spread the potato mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap.
  4. Sprinkle the diced ham over the mixture.
  5. Using the plastic wrap, roll it tightly into a log shape.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
