- 1 egg

- Breadcrumbs for coating
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until soft, then mash them with butter, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cheese and egg until well combined.
- Spread the potato mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap.
- Sprinkle the diced ham over the mixture.
- Using the plastic wrap, roll it tightly into a log shape.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Remove the roll from the refrigerator, unroll it, and coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Place it on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice and serve hot.
