A delightful tropical dessert with layers of pudding, pineapple, and coconut, perfect for warm weather.
Ingredients

- 1 package of vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup of coconut cream
- 1/4 cup of sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix with milk until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed pineapple, whipped cream, shredded coconut, and coconut cream until well combined.
- In a serving dish, layer half of the graham cracker crumbs, then half of the pudding mixture.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham cracker crumbs and pudding mixture.
- Top with extra whipped cream and coconut, if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Best served chilled. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes or fresh mint for an elegant touch.
