Description

A delightful tropical dessert with layers of pudding, pineapple, and coconut, perfect for warm weather.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup of sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix with milk until smooth.
  2. Fold in the crushed pineapple, whipped cream, shredded coconut, and coconut cream until well combined.
  3. In a serving dish, layer half of the graham cracker crumbs, then half of the pudding mixture.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining graham cracker crumbs and pudding mixture.
  5. Top with extra whipped cream and coconut, if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes
