- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels, then season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet, searing for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, red pepper flakes, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Pour the hot honey sauce over the seared chicken in the skillet.
- Lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 8-10 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from heat, sprinkle feta cheese over the chicken, and garnish with parsley and extra honey, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
