Description

Delicious, gooey pockets of mozzarella, spicy pepperoni, and zesty pizza sauce wrapped in flaky biscuit dough. Perfect for family dinners, game days, or parties.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce (plus more for dipping)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Stir together the mozzarella, half of the pepperoni, and the pizza sauce in a small bowl until well combined.
  3. Flatten each biscuit gently with your fingers. Spoon the filling mixture into the center and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
  4. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down in your prepared baking dish. Brush the tops with the melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and remaining pepperoni on top, then return to the oven for an additional 2–3 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Feel free to customize the filling with other ingredients like sausages, olives, or vegetables. They’re best served fresh from the oven.
