Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Add the peppermint extract and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  7. Dip the truffles into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  8. Place them back on the parchment paper and garnish with crushed peppermint candies.
