Description

A delightful twist on dessert, combining creamy peanut butter, smooth whipped topping, and crunchy bits for a satisfying experience.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 box (9 oz) graham crackers
  • 1 cup crunchy bits (like crushed pretzels or candy)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Next, fold in the whipped topping gently until it is well combined with the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Using a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom to form a solid base.
  4. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Now, sprinkle half of the crunchy bits and chocolate chips on top of the peanut butter layer.
  6. Create another layer of graham crackers, then repeat the process by spreading the remaining peanut butter mixture and finishing with the rest of the crunchy bits and chocolate chips.
  7. Finally, refrigerate the lasagna for at least 240 minutes or overnight.

Notes

Slice into squares and serve chilled, optionally garnished with chocolate sauce or crushed nuts.
