- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 box (9 oz) graham crackers
- 1 cup crunchy bits (like crushed pretzels or candy)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth.
- Next, fold in the whipped topping gently until it is well combined with the peanut butter mixture.
- Using a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom to form a solid base.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
- Now, sprinkle half of the crunchy bits and chocolate chips on top of the peanut butter layer.
- Create another layer of graham crackers, then repeat the process by spreading the remaining peanut butter mixture and finishing with the rest of the crunchy bits and chocolate chips.
- Finally, refrigerate the lasagna for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
