- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, oregano, basil, thyme, and salt. Blend these dry ingredients well.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs thoroughly, then add them to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined; the consistency will be somewhat thick yet pliable.
- Grease a baking pan generously and transfer the dough to it, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
