Tender, smoky, and succulent BBQ ribs baked to perfection in the oven.
Ingredients

- 2 racks of pork ribs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and cover with another piece of foil.
- Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 150 to 180 minutes until they are tender.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and brush with BBQ sauce.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and return the ribs to bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate the ribs overnight and experiment with different BBQ sauces or spice rubs.
