- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 package cookie dough (pre-made or homemade)
- Extra Oreo crumbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush 15 Oreo cookies and mix with the cookie dough. Press this mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin to form cups.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden. Once baked, allow to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Fill each cookie cup with cheesecake filling.
- Crush additional Oreo cookies and sprinkle on top for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
