- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the orange juice, sugar, and water over medium heat. Stir gently until the sugar has dissolved completely.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a little cold water to create a slurry.
- Once the orange juice mixture is warm, add the cornstarch slurry. Stir continuously to ensure it thickens evenly.
- Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the lemon juice and grated orange zest.
- Let the mixture cool, then pour it into serving dishes. Refrigerate until it’s fully set, about 2 hours.
- Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream if desired.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh orange juice. You can substitute sugar with honey or a sugar substitute for a different sweetness.
