Ingredients

- 200 g green olives (pitted)
- 150 g feta cheese (crumbled)
- 100 g cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 zest lemon
- ½ juice lemon
- 1 roasted red pepper (chopped)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 2 whole green olives (for garnish)
- drizzle of olive oil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pulse the green olives, crumbled feta, and cream cheese in a food processor until mostly smooth but still a little textured, about 20–30 seconds.
- Add the extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and juice of ½ lemon. Process briefly until creamy.
- Fold in the chopped roasted red pepper, dried oregano, and chili flakes until evenly distributed.
- Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust acidity or salt levels with more lemon juice if needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill for 10–15 minutes.
- Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and whole olives before serving.
Notes
Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables. This dip can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
