Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, beef broth, paprika, and oregano. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  4. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
