Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus seasoning mix
  • 1 cup butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus seasoning over the chicken.
  4. Place the cream cheese and butter on top of the chicken.
  5. Add pepperoncini peppers around the chicken.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of sides.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, consider swapping chicken for tofu. You can also customize the seasoning to your taste for unique flavors.
