- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus seasoning mix
- 1 cup butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus seasoning over the chicken.
- Place the cream cheese and butter on top of the chicken.
- Add pepperoncini peppers around the chicken.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
- Serve warm with your choice of sides.
