- 1 packet Italian dressing mix

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chicken broth, and Italian dressing mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach on top of the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm, topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
