Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh or frozen
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chicken broth, and Italian dressing mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach on top of the chicken.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve warm, topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

Notes
