Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbly.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and spices; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute ground beef with ground turkey. Garnish with sesame seeds and sesame oil for added flavor.
