Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 4 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced kielbasa at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  2. Add the diced potatoes, chopped onion, and trimmed green beans on top of the sausage.
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper over the vegetables.
  4. Pour the chicken broth into the Crock Pot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your comforting meal.
