Ingredients

- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 4 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place the sliced kielbasa at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- Add the diced potatoes, chopped onion, and trimmed green beans on top of the sausage.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper over the vegetables.
- Pour the chicken broth into the Crock Pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
- Serve hot and enjoy your comforting meal.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute sausage with vegetarian alternatives. Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
