Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably for 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For longer flavor infusion, marinate the chicken longer. Don’t skip resting after grilling for juiciness. Experiment with different marinades.
