Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Melted Unsalted Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Place the lobster tails on a cutting board and cut through the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat away from the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
  4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, dried pepper flakes, and lemon juice, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Arrange lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque and tender.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
