- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Place the lobster tails on a cutting board and cut through the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin.
- Gently pull the lobster meat away from the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, dried pepper flakes, and lemon juice, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Arrange lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque and tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
