Description

A delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors that beautifully caramelize to form a sticky glaze. Perfect for gatherings and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and salt to create the glaze.
  3. Rub the ribs with olive oil, then season with additional salt and pepper.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  5. Brush the ribs generously with the honey garlic glaze.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 150-180 minutes until tender.
  7. Remove the foil and brush more glaze on the ribs.
  8. Broil on high for 5-7 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  9. Let rest for a few minutes, then cut and serve.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the ribs overnight. For a smoky element, add drops of liquid smoke in the glaze.
