- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and salt to create the glaze.
- Rub the ribs with olive oil, then season with additional salt and pepper.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Brush the ribs generously with the honey garlic glaze.
- Cover with foil and bake for 150-180 minutes until tender.
- Remove the foil and brush more glaze on the ribs.
- Broil on high for 5-7 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Let rest for a few minutes, then cut and serve.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate the ribs overnight. For a smoky element, add drops of liquid smoke in the glaze.
