Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 4 cups seafood broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)

- Season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Allow to simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes, mixing well to combine the flavors.
- Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.

Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. For a creamier texture, blend some of the potatoes into the broth before adding lobster.
