Description

Delicious ham and cheese sliders made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, savory ham, and melted Swiss cheese, perfect for gatherings or family lunches.


Ingredients

  • 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound sliced ham
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the ham evenly over the bottom half of the rolls, followed by the Swiss cheese.
  4. Mix together the melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl until well combined.
  5. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the filled rolls.
  6. Cover with the top half of the rolls and brush with any remaining glaze from the bowl.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the tops are golden and crispy.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
