Description

Crisp and refreshing Greek Feta & Cucumber Bite Skewers, perfect for gatherings or as a light snack.


Ingredients

  • Cucumber
  • Feta cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Fresh dill
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber into thick rounds.
  2. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
  3. On each skewer, thread a cucumber slice, a cherry tomato, a cube of feta, and an olive.
  4. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and fresh dill.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra touch, garnish with more fresh dill or lemon zest. Pair beautifully with grilled meats or a mezze platter.
