Description
Delicious, bite-sized sliders featuring crispy meatballs blended with creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for gatherings or weeknight meals.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Slider buns
- Extra Parmesan cheese for topping
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and have a lovely golden color.
- While the meatballs bake, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan. Once heated, add the cooked meatballs, ensuring they are well coated with the sauce.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a meatball on each slider bun. Spoon additional sauce on top and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap ground beef for turkey for a leaner option, or use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed. Experiment with different cheeses or seasonings based on your preferences.
