Description

Delicious, bite-sized sliders featuring crispy meatballs blended with creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for gatherings or weeknight meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Slider buns
  • Extra Parmesan cheese for topping
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and have a lovely golden color.
  5. While the meatballs bake, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan. Once heated, add the cooked meatballs, ensuring they are well coated with the sauce.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing a meatball on each slider bun. Spoon additional sauce on top and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to swap ground beef for turkey for a leaner option, or use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed. Experiment with different cheeses or seasonings based on your preferences.
