Delicious bites filled with savory ground beef and cheese, enveloped in golden, buttery dough.

- 450 g ground beef
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Onion powder to taste
- 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 120 g shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- Optional: diced crispy bacon
- Optional: chopped pickles
- Optional: caramelized onions
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough, cut into 8–12 rounds and flattened to 10 cm diameter
- 28 g unsalted butter, melted
- 5 g minced garlic or garlic powder
- 15 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s evenly browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Season the cooked beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Allow it to cool completely.
- Fold the shredded cheese into the beef mixture and add optional ingredients, mixing well.
- Flatten each dough piece into a circle and place 1–2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Pinch the edges of the dough together to seal the ball.
- Place filled dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Brush melted butter mixed with minced garlic over each dough ball and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with leftover garlic butter after baking and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For best results, do not overfill the bombs. You can prep the filling a day in advance.
