Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles (optional)
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Make sure to drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, mustard, and optional pickles. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Take the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 3-4 inch circle.
- Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture and a handful of shredded cheddar cheese into the center of each circle.
- Fold the edges over the filling, pinching them together tightly to ensure no filling escapes during baking.
- Place the bombs seam side down on your prepared baking sheet. Brush with the melted garlic Parmesan butter.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and irresistible.
Notes
These bombs can be served with dipping sauces like ranch or ketchup and pair well with a salad or fries. For added flavor, experiment with different types of cheese.
