Description

A delightful fusion of classic flavors wrapped in a golden, pillowy dough, perfect for cozy family dinners or game day gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Make sure to drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, mustard, and optional pickles. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  4. Take the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 3-4 inch circle.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture and a handful of shredded cheddar cheese into the center of each circle.
  6. Fold the edges over the filling, pinching them together tightly to ensure no filling escapes during baking.
  7. Place the bombs seam side down on your prepared baking sheet. Brush with the melted garlic Parmesan butter.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and irresistible.

Notes

These bombs can be served with dipping sauces like ranch or ketchup and pair well with a salad or fries. For added flavor, experiment with different types of cheese.
