Description

Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake Tacos are a playful dessert combining crisp sugar-coated taco shells with creamy cheesecake filling and colorful cereal crunch.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Fruity Pebbles
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush tortillas with melted butter on both sides.
  3. Combine sugar and crushed Fruity Pebbles in a shallow dish.
  4. Dip tortillas in cereal mixture to coat.
  5. Drape over oven rack or taco mold; bake 8–10 mins.
  6. Cool completely before filling.
  7. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Add heavy cream and whip until thick.
  9. Fold in Fruity Pebbles cereal.
  10. Pipe or spoon filling into taco shells.
  11. Top with more cereal and optional whipped cream.
