- 2 boxes of Brownie Mix
- White Frosting (store-bought or homemade buttercream)
- 1 to 3 jars of Edible Gel Food Coloring
- Edible Gold Stars
- White Pearl Sprinkles
- Icing Bags
- Frosting Tips (large star tip – 1M recommended)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to brownie mix instructions (325°F to 350°F) and prepare the baking pan.
- Prepare brownie mix and pour batter into the pan. Bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool completely.
- Divide white frosting into bowls and color with gel food coloring.
- Fill icing bags with each frosting color and decorate brownies by piping swirls or stars. Add edible decorations.
- Chill for 30 minutes to set frosting, then slice into squares.
Notes
Store leftover brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days; refrigeration can harden the frosting.
