- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
- ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
- ½ cup pecans, chopped, plus more for coating
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese by leaving it out for 30 minutes or microwaving in 10-second bursts.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add honey or maple syrup.
- Fold in cranberries, chopped pecans, rosemary, and thyme into the mixture.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Once firm, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans to coat.
- Serve with crackers and enjoy!
