- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the eggnog, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until fully blended.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust in the pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center remains slightly jiggly.
- Allow the bars to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into squares.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use room temperature cream cheese and store in an airtight container. Garnish with whipped cream and nutmeg before serving.
