Instructions
- In a bowl, combine canned salmon, bread crumbs, egg, green onions, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with lemon or tartar sauce.
