- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1/4 cup warm water

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add the yogurt, warm water, and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Once rested, divide the dough into smaller balls.
- Roll each ball into a flat oval shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook each naan for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and puffed.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with minced garlic and cilantro if desired.
- Serve warm with your favorite curry or stew.
Notes
Ensure your skillet is properly preheated for best results. You can also infuse the oil with garlic for deeper flavor.
