- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef cubes in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned, slightly pink in the center.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and optional red pepper flakes; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and lemon juice; bring to a simmer.
- Return seared beef to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through and absorb flavors.
- Remove from heat, stir in fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
