Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature.
- Make the Cake Base: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs and vanilla.
- Combine and Bake: Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk. Pour into greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
- Whip the Cream: In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
