Description

Cute snowmen truffles are a fun and easy no-bake treat perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups of crushed cookies (like Oreos)
  • White chocolate or candy melts
  • Small chocolate chips or candies for eyes and buttons
  • Mini pretzels or candy canes for arms and scarves
  • Orange candy or icing for noses

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese and crushed cookies in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls to form the body and head of the snowman.
  3. Chill the balls in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave or on a stove.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate and place them on wax paper to dry.
  6. Use chocolate chips or candies to make eyes and buttons on the snowmen.
  7. Use mini pretzels or candy canes to create arms and scarves.
  8. Place a small orange candy or bit of icing for the nose.
  9. Let the truffles sit until the chocolate hardens.
